CANCELLATION POLICY

Life happens — we completely understand! Communication is key, and we will always do our best to work with you. However, appointment time is specifically reserved for you, so the following policies apply: RESERVATION FEE • A reservation fee is required for ALL appointments in order to secure your appointment date and time. • Your appointment is not confirmed until the reservation fee has been paid. • The reservation fee will be applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service. CANCELLATIONS | RESCHEDULES | NO-SHOWS • Cancellations or rescheduling with more than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the total service charge will be applied to the card on file, plus a 3% processing fee. • Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment: 100% of the total service charge will be applied to the card on file, plus a 3% processing fee. • No-shows: Not showing up for your scheduled appointment will result in 100% of the service charge being applied to the card on file.
